Day 1, Tbilisi

You will be greeted upon arrival at the Tbilisi airport by ASA Travel DMC Georgia’s assistant, who will transfer you to your hotel in the city center.

Dinner in the restaurant with traditional Georgian environment, cuisine, wine and unforgettable performance: Georgian folk dances, polyphonic singing and playing on local music instruments. You will taste traditional Georgian cuisine and Georgian wines.

Day 2, Tbilisi

Georgian breakfast with Khashi and tasting of Chacha, Khashi is a tripe soup and is being cooked for more than 5 hours and is traditionally eaten on hangover as early as possible.

Free time.

Lunch, tasting of Georgian dishes: Mtsvadi (barbeque); Khinkali (boiled meat in dough); etc , wine and chacha.

Dinner in the restaurant, which is located outside Tbilisi. Menu will include Chakapuli, it is made from onions, lamb chops, dry white wine, tarragon leaves, tkemali sauce (plum sauce), mixed fresh herbs (parsley, mint, dill, cilantro), garlic and salt. Chakhokhbili, it is made from chicken, fresh herbs and ajika. Ajika is a Georgian condiment made from ground sweet and hot red peppers, coriander and garlic, salt). And lots of other traditional dishes.

Day 3, Tbilisi

Breakfast in the hotel.

Free time in Tbilisi, you can enjoy souvenir shopping in small cozy shops or markets under open air.

After breakfast and check out you will be transferred to the Tbilisi airport.
